At bitcreed, the customer is not the product. I do not sell your data. I do monitor how this site is used so I can understand what works and provide the best possible service; the details are explained below.

This website

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are read. This sets cookies and sends your IP address, page path, and general device information to Google. It is used in aggregate and is not linked to you personally by me.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on, and any standard tracker-blocking extension will also prevent it.

The contact form

What you type into the contact form is emailed to me and stored in my mailbox. It is not added to a marketing list and is not shared. Spam filtering is performed by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the email is delivered by Resend.

Mobile applications

HitchMatch, Word O’Clock, Sentriq and Daily Vow use Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes, retained for 90 days. Crash reports contain device and OS information and a stack trace. They do not contain the contents of your data. Crash reporting can be disabled in each app’s settings.
